By accessing or using Alki ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Alki is a rowing analytics platform that connects to Alki Connect to retrieve and display training data from your K1 device.

2. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials used to connect Alki to third-party services. You must not share your account access with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for extended periods of inactivity.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all fitness and activity data synced to Alki from connected services. You grant Alki a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not sell your personal data or activity data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Third-Party Services

Alki integrates with Alki Connect and may integrate with other platforms in the future. Your use of any third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the security or availability of the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Alki is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Analytics data is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alki and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page.
