Alki is a rowing analytics platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it. We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service and do not sell your information.

When you use Alki, we may collect:

• Account information (email address, display name)
• Rowing session data synced from Alki Connect, including available pace, stroke rate, distance, lap, and route data
• Technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service
• If you use the contact form, the name, email address, topic, and message you provide

We do not collect payment information directly. Any future billing is handled by a third-party processor.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Parse session files from your T1 device to extract rowing session data
• Display coach reports covering the whole session, work pieces, pace, stroke rate, and benchmark-relative training zones
• Generate a PDF when a coach chooses to export a report
• Diagnose bugs and improve the Service

We do not use your fitness data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

Contact form submissions are sent through our email delivery providers to our support mailbox so we can reply. We keep a hashed address and limited sending metadata to prevent abuse; the form does not store your message in our website database.

Alki receives rowing session data from Alki Connect after you pair your T1 device and choose to sync. We use that data only to generate reports and provide the Service. We do not write or modify data on your T1 device.

You can stop syncing new sessions by disconnecting your T1 device in Alki Connect or contacting us to delete your account data.

We retain your activity data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

Contact messages remain in our support mailbox as needed to answer your request and keep a record of the conversation. You may ask us to delete them.

We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the Service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
